VEPL is certified with Directorate with Quality Assurance (Electronics), Ministry of Defence, Government of India, Delhi in the year 2001, with a focus to cater to the needs of customers in the line defence applications.

As a commitments to continual improvement, a quality management system is designed and practised, thus achieving in acquiring certification of ISO 9001 : 2000 from RWTUV in November, 2003.
